1What are our office hours?
Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h00
2Does Dr Shah handle emergency cases?
Yes. After hours we run a Paediatrician On call roster.
3Does medical aid cover treatment?
Contact our practice to find out more about which medical aids we accept. Alternately, you can contact your medical aid provider for assistance.
4What is our billing policy?
We charge a set consultation fee.
5Do you need a referral?
Usually, you don’t need a referral to see a paediatrician. Some medical aids, however, may require one.
6How do you make an appointment?
You can request an appointment by filling out our online form or calling the practice. Alternatively, you can email reception directly, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
